I recently bought the new JBL Quantum 950; my old headphones were the JBL Quantum 910.

JBL QuantumEngine doesn’t detect my headphones. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time I turn on my computer just to make the program recognize them.

JBL QuantumSpatial Audio sounds bad, and when 7.1 surround is enabled, it actually runs in stereo mode.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

I’ve tried uninstalling the drivers, reinstalling the software, deleting the entire JBL data folder in %localappdata%, and restarting the JBL service in services.msc, but nothing worked.

Spatial audio still sounds bad, and surround isn’t working at all.
