Which hike would you remove out of these three if you could only pick two to keep?

  1. Plain of Six Glaciers - Big
Beehive - Lac Agnes Tea House ›

—>this one is similar to #2 but lacks Mount St. Piran and Devils Thumb

  1. Lake Agnes Tea House, Beehive
Circuit, Mount St. Piran and Devil's Thumb ›

—> this one is similar to #1 but lacks Plain of Six Glaciers and the overlook that comes with that (but I’m not quite sure what that is/if it’s more worth it)

  1. Iceline, Little Yoho Valley and Yoho Valley Trail Loop ›

—> I don’t even know much about this one or how it compares to the others. It will be open by the time I come. Some photos on alltrails look cool though.

Mainly in it for the views honestly so does anyone have experience with these???

My friend and I are going to Banff for the first time. We have both been rock climbing for 15 years and mountainbiking for 10 so it’s not like we are scared of the trails haha but we aren’t experienced hikers so probably nothing with hard scrambling just because we have never tried it.
Was gonna spend 3-4 days in glacier and like 2 days near Banff/Yoho/etc, just because we don’t know much about Banff or the surrounding area so we don’t know much about which hikes are worth it. (Or I guess I mean MOST worth it because everything in that area is so beautiful it’s hard to choose one over the other haha). BUT it feels kind of stupid of us to not spend that much time in Canada considering how great it is, so we might cut some Glacier days and add some Canada days.
We planned to do this hike: 1) Plain of Six Glaciers - Big Beehive - Lake Agnes Tea House that is like 13ish miles in Banff, as well as 2) a 13ish mile loop on the iceline trail loop which I think also goes into Yoho valley.

I see so many pretty videos on like Instagram haha about hikes like Mount temple, various peaks like smutwood peak, devils thumb, and many other beautiful things but I assume those involve some scrambling that would not be ideal for us??? Idk I am so confused

(Gonna be in early July btw)

I’m scared that if we go in late June, it will still be snowy or muddy (which doesn’t matter) but I don’t want things to be closed, like not be able to hike or drive somewhere from it. But I’m also scared that if we go in mid to late July that there will be so many people we’d have to compete even more so for parking spaces and stuff.

Also, I’m aware I’ll have to be flexible in our trip reguardless because others might beat us to it or whatever, but do you think it’s possible to get to do all these hikes we planned? If we wake up early enough and everything? We plan to just buy a national park pass in advance

Here is the itinerary:

I’ve missed out on the last 3 big ones because I didn’t ever know when they were happening. I live in a small red town so nobody protests unless there is a big widespread one. I would really like to plan ahead and get off work next time there is a No Kings protest… but can’t figure out when that might be

Everyone says to do the Phelps Lake hike, but I am seeing so many different ones I’m not sure which one has that classic cliff jumping, and how many miles it is and everything.

Also if I can only be there for 1-2 days, would doing the delta lake hike on day 1, and then watch sunrise on day 2 and then also do the Phelps lake hike and cliff jumping on day 2?

Thanks

I was planning to get a special 20 Harmonica, but this one: Hohner 562 Pro Harp MS-Series Harmonica C, is on sale for like half off.

Is this one a good harmonica for beginners? I would like to be able to play to Bob Dylan, Bon Iver, Bic Runga, and honestly, probably some songs that aren’t typically played with a harmonica lol so some that aren’t country sounding at all.
