So a few months ago in stop and go traffic I smelled coolant and looked down to my left and saw coolant puking out by the coolant reservoir. Turned it off and pushed it to the side of the road for a bit and then rode home about 20 miles perfectly fine. Coolant temp was normal the whole time.

I filled the reservoir back to the low line and rode around my neighbor and the coolant temp got 1 bar from overheating. Took it back home and filled coolant through the radiator cap. I squeeze all the tubes and looked for leaks. The only coolant residue I could see was near the reservoir. No leaks on any tubes or radiator. It’s been perfectly since then.

Fast forward to today and while on a ride in the mountains stuck behind some slow cars my buddy says “hey, you’re pissing coolant everywhere” I look down and it’s doing the same thing. Pull off to the side of the road, cool down, rode home about 50 miles perfectly fine. The reservoir was empty when I stopped. When I got home the reservoir was back to half full and I could hear a gurgling noise. I didn’t see any bubble in the reservoir but it sounds like the system is sucking in air. The noise was loudest near the top of the bike. The whole ride home the coolant temp was normal and only would drop 1 bar then back up to normal.

Any ideas?
