My idea is to allow users to learn from their mistakes with educational resources

When a user makes an unacceptable comment that is removed by a mod or admin for violating the Reddit TOS, if it wasn't seemingly deliberate - allow the user a chance to educate themself on why the content was wrong.

For example, if a user makes a comment that breaks Rule 1 of the TOS, have a DIY course that educates the user on what identity-based hate or attacks looks like, why it's a problem, etc.

Currently the comment just gets deleted and the user cannot even know what the problematic comment was - so it's impossible to know what went wrong.

If the user opts to complete the mini-course, give the user a second chance. Sometimes it's not malicious, it's simply not knowing the boundaries of what is acceptable to say on Reddit, or not realizing that what has been said is hateful, stupidity, etc.

I think providing resources not only helps Reddit be clear on the rules, but is a service to society by educating people on how to simply be better.

More of a "off my shoulders" sorta post.

I had a great first experience with therapeutic Ketamine (via infusion). G-d showed me many things, I felt a new lease on life. My addictive tendencies towards food and porn felt like they had less grip.

I've even effortlessly lost a little weight, decided to go to a gay men's party and hooked up with a couple of guys - usually too shy so that is a radical change there.

Ahh... but then there is life:

  • Messed up prior 2 tax returns.
  • Employment looks ify (job is so boring).
  • ^ Along with my home ownership dreams.
  • Those guys turned out to be... typical men.
  • The cherry on top: I feckin' caught crabs at said party, lol.
  • My bestie has us watching Euphoria, which is a rather depressing series (probably a bad choice rn).

There's a sort of juxtaposition between the optimism that Ketamine generated for me, and the reality of life - it's hard and full of annoyances. How do I not let life beat me down?
