I posted an indoor shoot of this car yesterday. Thought the metal flake paint job would show up much better if lit by Mr. Sun so went outside today and shot these. Hope it's a nice improvement of showing off this very subtle paint job. Happy Weekending!
Long story short... I found three Elite64 cars hidden behind some other cars displayed in cards on one of my top shelves. Was like Christmas morning in Murphyville, for real! Here's one of those cars. I've never been a fan of the "new" BMW grill. Too big and, well, fugly. I don't mind it on this car. I think the dark blue and black grill work well together. If the grill were chrome... <shiver, shiver, shiver...> yeah... no.
EDIT: I think the license plate splits the grill so the top part looks more like the classic smaller grill. Yep, that just occurred to me. Thoughts?
My dad passed last December. My stepmother is sharing some of his things with me. She told me he had. gotten me "...a Matchbox car.." that he didn't think I'd like so he hadn't given it to me. (Bless her heart. "...a Matchbox car..." For real.)
It came in a box today and I opened it up, not having a clue what it would be, and discovered it was a HW's Alfa that I love! So it will stay carded. (See the last photo in this series.) Hope everyone has a great weekend!

The Influencers set is the six dudes in front of the truck and does not include any other figures behind the truck. Same thing for the Cosmo Girls set; the five girls in front of the truck and the lady on the hood of the truck.
