Best budget-friendly Black PLA for prototyping that doesn't sacrifice quality?

I'm looking for recommendations on the best "bang for your buck" Black PLA.

I'm currently working on several large prototypes and I’m burning through my premium filament way too fast. I need something affordable for these test runs, but it still needs to be reliable. I’m not looking for the absolute cheapest "trash" filament that clogs nozzles or has inconsistent diameters, I still need decent surface quality and reliable bed adhesion.

What are you guys using for high-volume prototyping that is cheap but "proven" to work well on Bambu machines? Are there specific brands or bulk deals (like 10-packs) I should look into?

Thanks in advance!

Can somebody tell me why it does that?

This is the first time this has happened to me. I changed some settings in the slicer based on Gemini’s advice for achieving a great finish, but then this happened.

If you know how I can fix it, please let me know!

These are the slicer settings I used:

Quality & Strength
• Layer height: 0.12 mm
• Top shell layers: 9 layers
• Infill pattern: Grid
• Infill density: 15%

Speed
• Outer wall: 50 mm/s
• Top surface: 50 mm/s
• Bridge: 25 mm/s
• Internal solid infill: 350 mm/s

Ironing
• Ironing: Enabled (Topmost surfaces only)
• Ironing pattern: Monotonic
• Ironing speed: 30 mm/s
• Ironing flow: 8%
• Ironing line spacing: 0.15 mm
