Not sure what to say…
My friend called me today. Her bf was Army 35 years ago. Has never utilized the VA healthcare system. He hired a company for $1200 to help him develop a claim. If they do not get him rated- he gets back the 1200 plus extra.
Her question is this- they filed for everything from PTSD to hearing loss, bad back pain ect/ she says 15 different conditions. The claim went in 2 weeks ago, the VA has already contacted him- so he quit his job. He is convinced he is only a few months away from 100% P&T- and will have heathcare for life. He is banking on 3-4k a month.
NOW- this has not been my experience helping my partner through this.
This guy was over seas, but not in a combat area. No combat action. In for 4 years and got out. He is in physically horrible shape- but they claim they can make it appear to be from his military service.
Is this even possible?!? I explained C&P exams ect. Is this a scam???
