I sent a ticket for the purpose of seeing if I could potentially get my previous username history cleared on my Roblox account as it had my personal name in it, I didn’t know which issue to label it under to describe my situation so I picked the closest one that seemed relevant which was unfortunately “Right to be forgotten” however what I didn’t know about the right to be forgotten option was that it was actually a request for account deletion until later on.

I did not include my password in my email, and as soon as I figured out the severity of the situation I attached a message to the bot expressing my mistake, I was wondering if anyone knows what could possibly happen next, will they hopefully get back to me asking for verification or will they possibly take action immediately? Or will support be able to read my message and understand my mistake? What should I do?
