Has anyone run into issues where Rakuten doesn’t register cash back when a website automatically applies a first-time buyer discount or a brand promo that isn’t specifically listed on Rakuten? Just curious!
Hi everyone- i recently got gifted a new Moccamaster Cup One. This should work perfectly for me as i drink 1 cups a day as I’m running out the door in the morning and my wife drinks espresso.
Anyways, i’m having some trouble getting a decent brew and would love any advice or tips. I have a fresh bag of local coffee beans and here are my trial and errors:
Side note: i have a brand new Oxo compact burr grinder. (Max course level 15)
1st brew:
Grams 12g
Grind size 9
Brew Time: 5 min 20seconds
Notes: Flavor came out super flat and weak.
2nd brew:
Grams 14g
Grind size: 10
Time: 4 min 53 second
Notes: Flat, weak.
3rd brew:
Grams 14g
Grind size: 12
Time: 4 min 52 seconds
Notes: smell is slightly more apparent, flavor is a lightly more present, still feels flat.
4th brew:
Grams 14g
Grind size 14
Time: 4min 51 seconds
Notes: ”slightly”more flavor maybe? Not really?, but not amazing.

I recently added an employee card to my Blue Business Plus account. Four transactions have been made on the employee card, and they are correctly posting to the main account. However, on the employee’s side, the account shows a $0.00 balance, even though all transactions appear as “posted” underneath.
Does anyone know why the employee account isn’t reflecting a calculated balance? Is this a setting i need to enable?
Separate issue: the BBP card has already been activated and works successfully, but every time I log in to the employee’s app or website, it prompts me to confirm the card again. Is this a glitch or is something not set up correctly?
Any ideas? Thanks!
