I’m currently in the middle of wrapping up grad school and I’m also investing in an investment property for short term rentals, I’m curious to know anyone else here who is a also a counselor and air bnb host and what has your experience been? I would especially love to hear from anyone that is an associate and fully licensed as well!! :)
