Hey everyone,
The past few weeks were devoted to the development of my own automation system (the "Digital Pipe") that would address the "Lead Decay" issue in the case of high-ticket service businesses.
The Pivot:
I have designed this to be used especially in Med Spas. But, having read a good deal of the HIPAA compliance requirements and the necessity of BAAs (Business Associate Agreements) throughout the stack, I saw the legal overhead on an MVP was a huge bottleneck. I have chosen to reverse the same technology to the HVAC/Home Services market - the same issue of speed-to-lead, but no HIPAA headaches.
The Solution:
Instant Mobile Alerts: As soon as a homeowner completes a form (e.g., "AC is dead), the whole team receives a notification through their phone in a special channel.
The Lead Vault: All leads are automatically converted and professional dashboard stashed to make them trackable by the team - no longer lost sticky notes or buried emails.
Data Checking: The system will automatically verify the presence of real phone numbers and emails before the team is even shown the alert.
I require your assistance in:
The Pitch: What can I make of this to an HVAC owner (who is often a non-technical and busy person) as a Revenue Rescue instead of a technologically advanced tool?
Pricing: What will the market cost a set-up like this? I am considering a $1 time setup fee plus a monthly fee of pipe maintenance.
Outreach: What are some hints at how to locate that first pilot client in the home services niche?
Validation: Is it true that businesses pay to have their home service automation given to them on a Speed-to-Lead basis, or do I just think that it is a bigger problem than I assume?
The stack is fully automated, and cloud-hosted. I would be happy to hear the story of anyone who has also made a similar pivot and/or to those who sell to contractors. Thanks!
