just did my bi-weekly grocery shop!

I will spend about 4 hours meal prepping so I have dinners/lunchs for two weeks (half will be frozen). I love seeing all the beautiful produce before it's all cooked up!

What assumptions can you make?

Price Match Grocery Haul - BC, Canada

$130.11 grocery haul. Price Matched at Save-on Foods in the Southern Interior of BC. Saved $81.33 if I had purchased everything full price. I regularly save 60-70% of my grocery bill. My grocery budget is $250/month for one person. This was a larger haul than normal because I'm doing some meal prep for the next two weeks. I meal plan primarily based on what I can find for a good deal.

Save-On, Superstore, and No-Fills all price match. I use an app called Flipp to get all of the flyers within my store's price match radius (each store location sets its radius as to how far away they will match to).
