By raising a query on inicet portal, can my venue location be changed by them?

I have a genuine reason , would they consider the query or its just for show?

I have been advised surgery for L5-S1 disc, i don't want to do surgery but if it is necessary then I don't mind.

I have had symptoms for a year and i ignored it not knowing it was prolapsed disc. Now that pain in reaching till the toes , and some EHL 3/5 weakness it is uncomfortable. I have my exams in 3 months . What to do ?
