Anyone try the PRVN competitor workouts today (11 May 2026)?
I just did the PRVN cardio triplet to increase threshold. It has an 18 minute cap.
For context the WOD is
80 cals on row, ski and E.bike each! + 2 min rest
Then, 60 ea. + 2 min rest
Then, 40 ea. + 2 mins
Then 20 ea.
How the fuck do you complete that in 18 mins? Or am I missing something?
Took me 31 mins. And in DED!
