Is this ok?

I started working with them in February as a live-in and want to leave.

I just want to work for other people and get a new job and scenery, no reason. I am pretty honest about things and straightforward with my employers.

So, I want to say,

"Hello, good morning, I want to resign, and I can stay however long you need, even over 2 weeks until you find someone or make plans because I know how hard it can be to find someone in such short notice!! Feel free to leave me a care app review and I can also recommend you and your family if you want."

OR

“Good morning, I am resigning from my position as a live-in nanny. I can provide two weeks’ notice, and I can stay longer if needed as I understand how transitions can take time. Please let me know the next steps.”

I know that it will seem like a random surprise, maybe. I just have negative experiences with employers, so I am scared that they may lash out, especially the husband.
