I have been struggling with CUTI caused by E.Coli for over 2 years now, it started with Ureaplasma infection which weakend my bladder and my urethra. My main symptom is urethra burning.

In March I Got prescribed Uro-vaxom for 3 months and started taking 2 mg D-mannose powder before bed. I felt so much better for 2 months I finally started to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

However last week I got a very bad E.Coli flare up and had to take 3 g of fosfomycin to cure the pain. I felt better for about two days then the pain came back how it was before getting better.

I am really disappointed, now I take 6 g of D-mannose per day (2 gx 3 times) but I don’t see any improvement. Any tips on how to get my body back to normal?
