Flew in from MCO today, plane got parked at C-21, and I was told that baggage claim C-15 was where I would find my luggage. Great!
Now, I had parked at A terminal last week when I flew out, so when I got off the plane I headed straight to the tram, rode to A, and grabbed my truck. I then drove to terminal C to collect my luggage. It wasn’t there, so I asked the guy behind the counter. He said all the luggage from my flight had been accidentally delivered to A-15. I checked my AirTags, and sure enough my bag was back at Terminal A.
Back to the truck, and back to Terminal A. I got my bags. If I had been forced into those busses that run underneath to retrieve my luggage, I would have been pissed. I can’t imagine what those other passengers went through to find their bags.
Wouldn’t it have been better to have the handlers retrieve the luggage and deliver it to the proper place?
