My clinic just fired me because of attendance issues, they never approved my PTO/UTO or anything they stopped accepting drs excuses. Talking to many of my colleagues there is unfair treatment and favoritism happening everyday. OSS never responds to any messages in time and the CD is always trying to tell people what to do with clients that aren’t his. It’s disgusting the stuff we all see that only 4 girls benefit from really.

They successfully made 3 other people quit because of this and have fired 2 because they weren’t scheduled to take their RBT exam in time. I’m so disappointed and sad I wont get to see my clients anymore. This would’ve been avoided if they had previously let me use my time off.
