Hi everyone
I dont know what to do. I have a flap which caught me by surprise I was thinking torn meniscus physical therapy then better my muscles and joints are fine its inside medial flap so basically upon asking Dr Gemini lol so there's no blood circulation that goes around that specific area. And usually surgery is the only option because they need to either stitch it back, or just kind of cut that off that piece. And then there are people who say, don't do any surgery at all. And I don't even know what to do myself. I feel a pinch behind my knee, and I do have a torn meniscus on my left knee. Which is a tier two, and i've been putting a lot of pressure now on my left leg because of my right legs flap. I'm a young healthy 40 year old female and I just want to know whether old or young or mid age like me. Has anyone gone through this surgery? Or anything specific to this type of surgery? Any advice?I'd appreciate it and my appointment is this thursday with the surgeon.
TIA
