How do you guys not wake up the moment you become lucid?. Im 25 now & have been kinda lucid dreaming on & off most of my life but the moment i realize im dreaming, i wake up 🙃 sometimes i get a little while before waking up, but its been a constant reflex even though i'd like to spend some time lucid dreaming a little longer when i have pleasant dreams for once because ive been struggling with nightmares since i can remember so it would be nice to lucid dream about whatever happy place i could come up with once in a while
