It feels like most people don't care about the speaker that much, but the only thing annoys me about my otherwise perfect Framework 13 is that the speaker is so shitty. It's the only thing I miss about macbooks, I love playing music out loud when working if the laptop has a good speaker.
My first question is, does anyone know the bare minimum I need to upgrade the speaker? Can I put my 13 input cover on the pro bottom cover and buy the pro speaker kit? Or do I need to replace the whole chasis?
Secondly and more importantly, anyone can share how much an upgrade it is? Would it be worth it in your opinion? I know it's very subjective but I would love to know how good and how much difference it makes you feel if you also care about speakers and have experienced both.
