I ordered kids furniture from Woodplay Kids and they asked for 70% payment in advance, promising delivery within 14 working days. I paid, but now it’s already been 18 working days and every time I follow up they just keep saying “another week.”

At this point I lost trust and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, but they refused and keep delaying.

I have all the WhatsApp messages, invoice, and proof of payment. What would you do in this situation? Has anyone dealt with something similar in UAE/Dubai? Is it better to wait longer, file a consumer complaint, or try another route?
