Ideas for restoring Goblinoids' connection to Uul Dhakaan
I'd like to turn to the collective brain for ideas regarding ways that some resourceful goblinoid might use to restore the access of wide masses of goblinoids to Uul Dhakaan.
I think that this person would probably be some dirge singer from one of the Keches, since originally Jhazaal was a dirge singer.
I think that maybe some step would involve doing something to make sure that the Daelkyr corruption doesn't affect the newly joined goblinoids (although it's entirely possible that breaking away from the dream IS the corruption, and so there isn't an actual threat from the new joiners to those on the inside, since they would by default not be carriers of the corruption if they are able to join).
I am also not sure which approach is more suitable to Eberron - some big ritual that restores connection for all goblinoids (not sure at all what that would entail, i.e. what would be required for such a ritual), or maybe a number of smaller rituals affecting either goblinoids voluntarily participating, or all goblinoids in a particular location (again, not sure what would be needed to make such rituals).
Related idea: agents of the Dreaming Dark might be providing the "new Jhazaal" with resources and information, they might view the creation of something like that as a stabilizing factor for the current age.
Related idea: maybe the new Uul Dhakaan wouldn't have to include only goblinoids. I wonder what could be the criterion for whether or not another race might potentially join...
Anyway, I'd be grateful for any ideas on this topic. One of the characters in my current campaign is a dhakaani hobgoblin, and I thought that some quests given by this "new Jhazaal" might be interesting for a higher-level portion of our campaign.
