I have pcos and I’m not ovulating, but actively trying to get pregnant. How would metformin benefit me? What do i need to have in order to qualify?

My levels have gone down quite a bit by healthier eating and eating less and also being more active and taking myo-inositol and spearmint tea. How do i get them to decrease more and quicker! I don’t think i can wait another 4 months for them to return to normal. I’ve been tracking ovulation and so far in the last 4 months i still haven’t ovulated. I know my levels have to go down more but is it possible to ovulate with these levels? Thanks for any advice!!
