Buyer bought the item on the 10th, and I shipped it that same day. I took it to the post office along with 50 other packages. The worker had a super long line, so she asked me to just leave my items and said she would scan them in later. We don’t have a self-service kiosk, so I couldn’t do it myself. All of my other packages got scanned in except this one. It’s a $180 item. I can’t get ahold of anyone at the post office, and this is Vinted’s response. What do I even do in this situation? I’ve been selling for years, and this is the first time this has ever happened.
