Loungewear

Hi,

I started a gaming loungewear brand because I got tired of choosing between comfort and quality.

I spend a lot of time gaming, and I always felt like there wasn’t really a brand making clothes specifically for long gaming sessions that actually looked good and felt premium at the same time.

Everything was either:

  • comfortable but looked cheap or
  • looked good but wasn’t comfortable after a few hours.

So less than a year ago I decided to try building my own brand.

It’s honestly been way harder mentally than I expected.

So far I’ve only made around £100 in sales, and there have definitely been points where I’ve questioned whether I’m wasting my time or money doing this.

But the thing keeping me going is that every person who’s actually worn the products genuinely says they love the quality and comfort.

That makes me feel like the idea itself is good — I just need to get it in front of more people.

I’m still learning everything:

  • content
  • branding
  • marketing
  • community building

and trying to figure this all out mostly on my own now.

I know clothing brands are difficult and competitive, but I really want to build something real around gaming culture and comfort instead of just throwing logos onto hoodies.

Not really posting this as an advertisement — I think I just wanted to be honest because I know a lot of people trying to build things probably feel the same way sometimes.

If anyone else here has built a brand/business/community before, I’d genuinely love to hear what helped you keep going in the early stages.

I would love to know what people would want to wear and what sort of clothes they look for when it comes to there purchasing choices.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
