I saw this pale large lump in the back of my cats gums behind the molars and freaked out before noticing it was also on the other side (although less pronounced as he's had all his teeth out on that side).

What is it? Any searching for it just brings up a wide variety of tumour options! Photo not my cat as I think I'd lose a hand trying get that detailed a view
