Hello, i want to give back what i download, but can't seems to seed.

I'm using paid proton VPN up to date + Qbittorrent v5.1.0 + windows 11

i entered proton VPN port number in Qbittorrent

i set up proton VPN in ''network interface'' of Qbittorrent

i have the green globe, atm i'm writting this message, 193 nodes

i think their is demand on the torrent (peers = demands right ?) according to the image up here

And i'm fairly new to this, so when i saw a threads where it talk about making an exeption in my firewall to accept incomming traffic, but not how to do it + not understanding a lot of words, i didn't do anything because i don't want to messup ...

Do someone have an idea or can someone try explaining the ropes to me ?
