I have this shelf area to catch poop. Was wondering if anyone has used non-clumping kitty litter for this purpose? The pine shavings are difficult to clean here. The chicken sand “Chicks Dig It” is way too expensive. Was thinking about a cheaper alternative. Any thoughts?
