Lemme tell you what..it was nice to board a plane with people that actually know how to board a plane. My flight this morning was the 2nd earliest flight out of LA and they started the new ALP boarding lane. Pre board went first then ALP and it seemed like priority went after ALP or was blended.

All in all, it was an enjoyable experience not being stuck behind someone who never learned how to walk down a jet bridge or board an airplane properly. It seems like Southwest is listening to their most loyal customers and are doing what they can to improve where they can.
