Issue with orthomosaic colors exported from Metashape

I am trying to export this orthomosaic generated in Metashape (Image 1), but when I open it in QGIS, the colors look completely messed up, which interferes with the analyses I need to perform (Image 2).

Following the drone/camera manual, I am performing these calculations in the Raster Calculator (Image 3), but the result is not what I expected.

Is the error occurring in Metashape or in QGIS? How can I fix this?
