new etl going bad
has anyone ever contacted ethics line about an etl and how did u go about it, My store got a new etl a few months ago who was an etl for a different department, ever since he’s became etl he has just been constantly talking bad about his entire team in gm and in fulfillment, he did the same thing for his other department that he was a lead for before. As of recently he’s just been up everyone’s ass about metrics but not coming up with a proper solution.. He’s been straight up shit talking about the leads to every team member keep in mind he’s pushing 50 and has been working in target all his life so he should know that’s not okay, i’ve been thinking about going to hr to report his behavior but i don’t think they’ll do anything because he’s somewhat close with them, so my question is how do i report this ik about the ethics hotline do i just call it and tell them what’s been going on lol ive never done this sorry for long post just kind of hard trying to post this while remaining anonymous since there’s team member’s in this sub
