Hi everyone! I’m designing save-the-date cards for a friend and planning to print them through Canva. I want to make sure everything is perfectly aligned before ordering, but I’m having trouble getting the front design to look visually centered.
Specifically, the monogram (initials) and the line “formal invitation to follow” aren’t aligning the way I want. Because of the script font and how the initials are shaped, Canva’s default alignment tools aren’t giving me a true visual center—it still looks slightly off.
The back design is fine, but the front (Image 1) is where I need help. I want:
- the initials to feel centered and balanced in the middle of the card
- the “formal invitation to follow” line to sit lower, but still look intentionally placed and aligned with the overall design
- I’ve attached both sides for reference (front and back). The cards will be double-sided.
If anyone has tips on achieving better visual alignment in Canva—or is willing to take a quick look and help adjust by sharing the file, I’d really appreciate it!
Thank you!
