Big laugh line in S02E14, probably unintentional.
The timing and framing of the scene where Dr. Robby discovers that the 12-lead ECG has been improperly placed was impeccable.
ROBBY: What the hell is this?!
[Camera pans down and left to frame, front and centre, the patient's quite large breasts]
ROBBY: [pointing at ECG pads] These are way too low!
I half expected him to be complaining that the patient's chest had been exposed so completely and casually, because, not being a medical professional, the salient thing in that shot was the breasts, not the ECG leads. It's almost teasing the audience by reminding them that these people are there to treat ailments of the human body, and are not fazed or embarrassed at all by exposed breasts.
It almost reminded me of the classic "This lesbian bar has no fire exit!" joke from The Simpsons. The audience sees one thing in the setup, assumes it's the important feature of the scene, and is immediately proven wrong.
