So I just watched a recent video of Lemora's cards for top 5 cedh mistakes. In the video around the 19 minute mark the host talks about bleeding information.

In the video it the host its mentioned that [[deflecting swat]] the change of the new target does not need to be named before it resolves, but as it resolves.. if i worded that correctly.

Now, my question is this. Does that also fall into the same category as fight target spells and cards like swords to plowshare?
