Fourth year considering a move to Richmond due to husband’s job (though we likely wouldn’t move for another year or so).

There seems to be very few “biglaw” firms (maybe 2) and I am trying to better understand the in-house market, including with respect to pay.

Any input or inside knowledge from the group?
