This is for those who get frustrated during their GLP-1 journey.

I've been on Zepbound since late November. I started at 2.5 and in a month, moved up to 5mg, and I've stayed there since. Overall, I'm a male, early 60s, down 46 pounds, and would like to lose another 15 or 20.
Last week, I hit a new low scale number, 176, and was thrilled. The next day I woke up two pounds heavier, and over the next two days, I added 3.5 more. No change in diet, went to the gym every day for a 60-minute walk, pushups, sit-ups, and some weights. Drinking water consistently. Starting on Sunday, the weight started coming back down, and today, one week later, I'm back where I was at 176.
This has happened a couple of times before, and I experienced a one-month-long plateau. But this was the first time I had a big jump in just a few days. I have to say, each morning I went up, I was three kinds of pissed. I did channel that anger into making sure I went to the gym, measured every calorie, and did everything right, and eventually the wheel turned.

So, to all those who hit a wall, short or long, don't fret, it will pass.
