I want to hear from the folks that unless we’re less outspoken as not to brag, that have multiple daily users.
I have worked my behind off to make the onboarding process of my server as easy as possible, signup page with links and steps that most anyone I have sent them to can get started with minimal intervention from me, and to my surprise, I actually have a pretty active group of folks that use it.
It started slow, and it was a hard sell before I got fiber internet to my house. It also took many iterations over the last 2 years to build a good and simple invitation process. But after the content started downloading quicker and the stability of 1 Gig uploads, I feel happy knowing I’m saving at least several households a significant portion of their streaming bill.
Not to say that if you don’t have an active community that you didn’t work hard enough, I just always see the complaint of no one watching, and never someone that actually has religious users.
