Recently got back into MtG HEAVILY after about a 15yr hiatus (Last set I think was M11 or so?). Decided to start back on Arena and have since gotten back into collecting actual cards, but still a very casual player. I've only done any sort of draft about twice and I know this is one is pretty simple but... getting these 4 wins actually meant a lot to me lol.
How it went:
Love Witherbloom and figured I'd just kind of go for Black and Green right away with no plan lol. Saw the lifegain and +1/+1 symmetries and just kind of stuck with it the best I could. Ended up loving the Blech, Loafing Pest and Teacher's pet interactions, Vicious Rivalry saving my butt a few times, and Adventurous Eater coming in handy here and there with Blech. The 1 loss, I'll admit, I got destroyed. But every other match, it's like everything kept falling in my favor.
Would love some drafting advice as I definitely want to keep doing this. It's new to me but exciting. And this Strixhaven set has been an absolute blast.
