I am 36,F, single. I have a brother who already owes me some amount. Now, he and his wife assumed a car loan balance from another relative but the bank is asking them to pay the full balance now. He is borrowing this amount from me and says he will pay me monthly. If they don’t pay it, the bank will repossess the car. I don’t want to lend him money because he still owes me some, but I’m torn because I don’t want to be selfish also and let them lose the amount they’ve already paid for the car.

Hi! I would just like to ask what happens to the car loan in case of death NG borrower and no co maker? Does it have insurance in case of death namafully paid na yung car loan? Does anyone have experience with east West Bank? Thank you in advance!
