Got a variegated Frydek about a week ago from Home depot. Today I noticed these bugs when I pulled out the plant and found 3 just on the outside. Haven't dug in yet. What are they and are they harmful to the plant? I'm going to remove all the soil and get new soil. I've heard Lechuza Pon is best but it looks like rocks to me. Are you supposed to use ONLY the pon or still mix with soil?
