Beautiful Sky

Did you also feel the sky in Chembur looks pollution free from a few days or is it only me?

Hey guys! I’m part of LK Realtors. We deal in luxury and second homes around the area, but most of our conversations with clients end up being about one thing: the commute. Curious to know which part of Chembur you guys think has the best 'exit strategy' for work.

Did a morning walk from a project in Chembur to an office in BKC today 25 minutes flat. Sometimes we complain about the traffic on the main road, but you really can't beat the connectivity we have here compared to the western suburbs.

Where’s everyone commuting to from here?

Is the Freeway still the MVP of your morning?

Hi, I’m Lalit from LK Realtors. We’ve been helping families find homes here for a while, and we’re seeing the neighborhood change faster than ever. Just wanted to say hi and see how everyone’s feeling about the new skyline.

I remember when Chembur was mostly bungalows and quiet leafy lanes. Now, every time I go for a site visit in Wadala or Chembur East, there's a new crane up. It’s exciting to see the growth, but does anyone else miss the old 'Garden Suburb' quietness, or are we all just ready for the better parking and elevators?
