I noticed that the update failed earlier today. Well, no biggie. I was busy and would just try again later after restarting. Well long story short. It looks like my pc got locked into read only mode possibly due to the failed update. I can’t open anything and I’ve no idea how to fix it. Any advice before I clean install?
