Semis keep ripping, optics names keep the good earnings coming. Data centers turning up with HUT recent earnings this morning. Here's 3 setups I might buy, my portfolio is almost 100% committed to this rally, up 25% so far since April run up

Just had a quite bad water infiltration last month and the month before. Had to vacate the bedroom, but the water was getting in from bad insulation in the window, through the wall and down to the floor. Living in a basement.

How old is this??

Is this pretty bad?
