Help with finding a record

Hi,

I found a person that could be an important clue in my research but I don't know where to look for information so any help would be appreciated.

So the information I know is:

  • Karlo (or Karl) Rech was born 28th March 1885 in a village Weisstatten, Moravia in Czechoslovakia. Which should be Pasohlávky in Czechia today.
  • From there he moved to Bjelovar in Croatia(former Austro-hungarian Monarchy) and from there he moved to America in 1906.
  • He died on 11th August 1956 in South St. Paul, Minnesota.
  • His father should be Joseph Rech.

So I would like help with where to search for the birth record from Czechia. I know there are available church records for Czechia but I don't know under which place I should search for this record.

I have found a record of a passenger list from 1913. But I can't quite read it. So if there is anyone who can read it please help.

I'm interested in number 28 Skariot Joan or Ivan.
