I’ve been on zepbound for about 5 months or so and i have had zero to no side effects as i started my way from 2.5mg up to 7.5mg. I just took my third shot of 10mg and i am tired like all the time now. No matter how many hours at night i sleep. Im constantly yawning and sluggish all day. Can barely stay up past 8pm. Nothing else in my life has changed except starting the 10mg. I may go a day or two feeling normal but then back to exhausted for the next 3-4. Has anyone else been through something similar? Is there anyway to help with this. Im a 35 year old guy. Idk if that matters.
