Hi all,

I’m considering moving to Nailour Estate near Caledonian Road in Islington and wanted to hear from anyone who’s lived there or knows the area well.

I’m interested in hearing people’s experiences with leasehold ex-council properties in general. Have service charges or major works been a problem? Anything you wish you’d known before buying/moving into one?

Also, on the off-chance anyone is near that area, what’s the general vibe like day-to-day? Any issues with noise, antisocial behaviour, damp, maintenance, safety, etc. especially in the two-storey council buildings?

Would really appreciate any honest opinions or advice. Thanks!
