Adult kid is a new Bach Comp Sci Canadian developer and got offered junior dev position at $23 USD per hour 40 hours a week as a contractor.

In Canada we have to pay 9000$ Cnd a year in CPP as a contractor.

Curious is that what it is in the US or are they undercutting him?
