Whenever I try to put in for a service, one of the maintenance options was Tire Rotation. Is this necessary since front and rear tires sizes' are different?

Also would below be mandatory?

*Tire Rotation

*Radiator cleaning

*Windshield Camera Area Precision Cleaning

*Wheel Alignment
