Scratches in the front element
Bought my first L series lens to do a bit of more serious photography (EF 24-70 F2.8 II) some time ago second hand with a bump on the filter thread, so I couldn't protect them. No idea how it happened but I got some front element scratches. I kinda have an idea that lenses are at the end of the day light concentrating contraptions but I'd still like to hear from knowledgeable people:
Is my image quality going to be affected at all?
